Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Datix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Use of the Service

Datix provides spreadsheet analysis, AI-assisted reporting, connected data import, and subscription management features. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the platform or other users.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep that information reasonably up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Datix to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload or process data you are not authorized to use.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Bypass plan restrictions, credit limits, or security controls.
Use the service to generate harmful, fraudulent, or misleading output.

User Data

You retain responsibility for the data you upload or connect to Datix. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that data for analysis and processing.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some Datix features require a paid subscription. Paid plans may be billed monthly, yearly, or through other configured pricing structures. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable charges through our payment provider.

Subscription features, daily credit limits, and usage allowances are subject to the plan you purchase. We may update pricing or plan structure prospectively, but changes will not rewrite charges that were already completed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Subscription cancellation typically prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically erase historical billing records.

Intellectual Property

Datix, including its software, interface, branding, and related materials, is owned by its operators or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

AI Output

Datix uses AI systems to generate responses. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before being used for important business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Datix at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region or environment.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Datix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datix and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Datix if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or created risk for the platform or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Datix after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
